  • Note: Generic problems like “lack of clarity” don’t keep anyone up at night—they have bigger, more urgent concerns
  • Example: During the recent government shutdown, people worried about whether they could fly safely, not about abstract business concepts

WHY are you doing this?

  • Why are you uniquely positioned to help them solve this problem?
  • What’s your motivation for serving this particular audience?
  • How will solving this problem transform their life or business?

Implementation Strategy: Sprinkle the WHO, WHAT, and WHY throughout all your content. Your graphics, text, videos, and audio should all reinforce these three elements, creating a consistent message that your ideal clients recognize immediately.

Instead, focus on gratitude: “Thank God this person came to me because she couldn’t do this without me, and I helped her. Now look at her—she doesn’t even need me anymore because she’s grown so much!” This energy of abundance and celebration attracts more great clients.
